1. Purpose
These terms govern sales made on the Khalta Cooperative website.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. The cooperative may change prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.
3. Orders
Confirming an order means accepting these terms. A confirmation email is sent after validation.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout: cash on delivery in Morocco, bank transfer and card when the gateway is active.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary by city and carrier. See the Delivery & returns page.
6. Returns
In accordance with the rules applicable to cosmetic products, opened products cannot be returned. Claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours.
7. Liability
The cooperative cannot be held liable for improper use of products. In case of allergy, perform a patch test before use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be handled amicably.
