How are your products made?

Products are made in small batches in our workshop in Morocco. This artisan production allows us to control quality, limit stocks and preserve craftsmanship.

Do you deliver throughout Morocco?

Yes. We deliver to the main cities of Morocco and areas covered by our partners. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available in Morocco. You can also choose bank transfer or card payment when the gateway is enabled.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is validated. You can also contact us through the form or WhatsApp.

Can I return a product?

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours.
